We want you to love your Lumilane light. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
- Lights must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your light arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send it back.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
