These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of lumilane.net (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from LumiLane ("LumiLane", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
LumiLane is an online store operated from Sweden. You can reach us through our contact page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United States.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors, brightness and sizes may look slightly different on your screen. Battery life and sensor range are typical values and depend on how the product is used.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout as described on the Site.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Using the product safely
Use the product only as described in its instructions, and charge it only with the included cable. Do not open or modify the light. Keep small parts and adhesive mounts away from young children.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to LumiLane or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.
11. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiLane is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the place where you live.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
